After Application Approval:
1. Let us know you are interested by emailing us at info@charlieslunch.com.
2. Fill out a Team Application.
3. Make sure you have the required travel documents.
For instance, citizens of the United States will need a valid U.S. Passport.
It is our experience that the passport expiration date must be at least 6 months beyond the final
day of the trip.
4. After Team Application approval you will need to pay $150 to Charlie's Lunch to secure your place on the team.
This deposit will be applied to the overall cost of your trip.
5. Book Your Airline Ticket. Team members should book their travel so their flight itinerary corresponds with the dates advertised for their particular team. Let us know if you need help. After you have booked your flight please email us your flight itinerary so we can arrange your transportation in the foreign country.
6. Send in a Pastor's Recommendation Letter. It is important that you are involved in a local church and that you have informed your pastor of your upcoming trip with us. We require an email or letter from your pastor that simply states that they are aware of your upcoming mission trip with us and that they recommend you to serve with us in ministry.
